Chantilly Cream

This Chantilly cream recipe is super easy dessert to make in just a few minutes. This is my favorite dessert to serve the end of a dinner party, especially in summer when the fruit is ripe & in season.

- Cold heavy cream - Icing sugar - (Optional) you can add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract or else the grains from one vanilla pod to the Chantilly to make vanilla chantilly

Ingredients

STEP 1

First step is to chill the bowl and the whisk attachment of your stand mixer for a half hour in the fridge.

STEP 2

Sift your icing sugar. Pour the cold cream into a chilled bowl of your electric mixer. Add in the icing sugar over medium speed.

STEP 3

Increase to medium high speed for about 3-4 minutes. Keep a close eye to make sure you are not over whipping. When soft peaks form. Stop. Your Crème Chantilly is done!
