Description

Endive Salad with Pears, Blue Cheese & Walnuts


Ingredients

Salad

4 Belgian endives

2 pears

½ cup blue cheese

1/4 cup walnuts

Dressing

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

flaky French sea salt

Black pepper


Instructions

  1. Separate the endive leaves and arrange on a platter.
  2. Slice pears and add to the salad.
  3. Top with blue cheese and toasted walnuts.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad and garnish with fresh herbs and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
