    French Cuisine Box

I absolutely loved working with Cynthia Moos of Best French Forever. We have known each other over instagram for a while. Though we both live in different states (I live in the DMV, Cynthia lives in Colorado), we share the same love of all things Provençal and keeping that joie de vivre alive in the USA.

In creating the French Cuisine Box we thought of all the items that a Francophile Foodie would treasure. An exclusive, hand selected blend of Herbs de Provence to give the authentic taste of Provence to any dish. A blue and white striped handmade Linen apron . A mortar and pestle made of Provençal Olive wood. A small batch olive oil from Chateau d’Estoublon that will be the perfect finish to any recipe.

    • Hand carved olive wood serving spoons
    • Authentic Herbes de Provence blend by Le Chef’s Wife

About our unique Herbes de Provence Mixture

Herbes de Provence is a classic herb mixture, made of herbs that grow abundantly in the South of France, that give a rich, Provençal flavor to any dish.

Le Chef's grandmother never bought a pre-made "Herbes de Provence", she always made it herself. Very different than the Herbes de Provence that you can buy in the states, Mamie's blend featured less oregano and gives a distinct flavor of the South of France. Herbes de Provence, Mamie's mixture, features Rosemary, Thyme, Summer Savory, Fenugreek seeds and Oregano in a delicate, masterful blend so that each herb brings flavor to the dish.

Le Chef and I had so much fun turning our dinning room table into an atelier of dried herbs, perfecting the mixture so that it was ready for you to enjoy.

Our Herbes de Provence are available only in the French Cuisine Box for the moment - it is an exclusive!

Cynthia Moos of Best French Forever

Born and raised in a small village of Provence, Cynthia moved to the U.S. in 2014 to live with her love and now husband. To stay connected to her roots and to answer her friends’ recurring questions about French culture and lifestyle, she started writing a monthly newsletter with her own takes on all things French, from fashion to recipes to art and travel tips… In 2020, she decides to expand the concept and bring Provence to American Francophiles through curated lifestyle products from local boutiques and creators.

With this new venture, she found her purpose: helping women create a beautiful, meaningful life by inviting them to infuse a little bit of the Provençal art de vivre into their daily life.
