Wine pairing with Steak
Here are my favorite wines to serve with Steak -
- Bordeaux is rich and hearty - perfect for steak and a classic French Choice. The grapes in Bordeaux (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot) also pair beautifully with steak on their own.
- A Provençal red , such as a Bandol, also pair deliciously with a steak dinner - the ripe fruit and corse tannins are a great combination
- Australian Shiraz is epic with a seared steak with big flavors!
What are you making for dinner tonight?
